A little about me…

At the age of 26, I launched a successful nonprofit organization, with work spanning five continents. As a consultant to nonprofits, I’ve gained valuable insights from both success and failure. I’ve worked in a variety of mission-based organizations throughout my career.

Now, as a leadership coach and advisor, I’m dedicated to assisting leaders and organizations of all shapes and sizes achieve their full potential. While I reside in the Pacific Northwest, having partnered with others on a global scale, I’m always up for working with people throughout North America and beyond.

Why I do this work.

As someone who’s held key leadership positions as a founder, director, and during times of transition as a professional Interim Executive Director, I know firsthand that leading means making tough and sometimes unpopular decisions. This taught me that success starts with a true belief in your purpose and yourself. I believe that those who lead in alignment with their own values and purpose realize the outcomes they envision. It’s leadership like this that can change the world. I believe that coaching is the best way to bring about this sort of much-needed leadership. This belief is behind everything I do as a coach.
