It can be tough being a leader. Whether you are a founder just launching your organization or leading a team of executives at an established organization, decisions and direction often come down to you. If you are facing a challenge that is tough to think through or are wanting a thought partners to brainstorm or help form a plan, I can help.

What You Get With Me

You’ll know your next steps.

By the end of our time together, we’ll make sure you have actionable next steps to take yourself or with your team. This will be solidified before we are done and summarized in follow up communication. Finally, rather than simply move on, I will check-in a month later to see how you are doing. It matters to me that our time together was useful.

I enjoy working with teams. If your looking to make an advising session a group discussion, I can join the group - either as a facilitator or a member. This is a great option for teams that may have knowledge or skill gaps in an essential area as they strategize or plan. If you have needs in an area that’s not my specialty, I know people who can help.

How It Works

Book an introductory call

We’ll connect during a complimentary 30-minute intro call, where you can get to know me and let me know more about your needs. Following the call, I’ll send you a proposal based on our conversation.

Advising Session

I’ll connect with you and/or your team to help brainstorm, problem solve, or strategize your next steps. If you would like to to facilitate a discussion, I can do that as well. Advising sessions are a minimum of 60 minutes.

Follow Up

Based on the actionable steps we identified together, I will send a follow up email naming the steps and other items I believe are most relevant for you and your team. A month later, I’ll be checking in to see how things are going.

Advising Services

Advising Session - $299 ($199 nonprofit)*

Sessions are 60 minutes and include:

  • 1-on-1 or team engagement - facilitation available if needed

  • Follow up communication listing next steps and insights

  • Check-in call (up to 30 minutes) one month after session

*Pricing will be customized for packages with multiple sessions or for sessions needing to be longer than 60 minutes.
