  • Leadership begins with self-awareness. Leadership and performance coaching provides a place for people to gain that self-awareness, aligning their leadership style more closely with who they are. Out of this alignment comes increased confidence, effectiveness, and fulfillment.

  • Leadership coaching is both for experienced and aspiring leaders. Whether you’ve been a C-suite executive for decades or someone considering dipping their toe in management, coaching can prove beneficial. Sessions are customized to the client, allowing you to receive the maximum benefit from our time together.

  • Absolutely not. Leadership and performance coaching is not meant to be a prescribed corrective measure for a recognized deficiency in performance identified by an organization. While tools and assessments may be used during the coaching process, these are always used in service of the client, with the client interpreting the results to increase their own self-awareness.

  • The greatest athletes have coaches work with them throughout their career, helping them to remain at the top of their game. The same holds true for those in any line of work. Leadership coaching is meant for those who, at any point in time and at any skill level, want to increase their effectiveness as a leader.

  • Not necessarily. Coaching is not mentorship. For coaching to be effective, a coach does not need to have been where you are. They are simply a guide that helps you through a process of realizing more about yourself and how to unlock your potential. It's more important that you connect with your coach. The most effective coach for you will consistently help you bring out the best in yourself.

  • Leadership coaching is usually done remotely via computer or phone. I’m available to work with people from any part of the world, as long as we can align our schedules! In-person sessions can be arranged, depending upon location and needs. Travel costs may apply.

How coaching works

1. Initial meeting

During our first session, we’ll work together to develop a coaching relationship and identify your goals. We’ll use a short questionnaire sent to you as a beginning point for our conversation.

2. Work on growth in real-time

Each session, we’ll cover a topic that you are presently thinking about or a situation you are working through as you lead. All of our conversations are confidential, allowing you to be open as you learn more about how you lead best. You’ll find that coaching will help you learn new truths - and be reminded of some things you already know - about yourself as a leader.

3. Regular check-ins & accountability

At the close of each session, you’ll walk away with at least one actionable step you can take to improve your leadership. Regular check-ins take place throughout our engagement, ensuring we end up attaining the growth goals you identify. As you act on your increased self-awareness and learning, you’ll experience the transformative power of coaching on your leadership.

Single Coaching Session*

1 60-minute coaching session:

$375 per session ($249 for nonprofits)

Base Package - 10 Sessions*

10 60-minute coaching sessions:

$2,500 ($1,500 for nonprofits)

Annual Package - 24 Sessions*

24 60-minute sessions:

$5,750 ($3,450 for nonprofits) w/discount

*Annual packages include a discount equal to one complimentary session if paid in full prior to start of sessions. Further discounts available for organizations who have 3 or more members committed to a coaching package. All prices quoted above are for organizational engagements. Pricing for individuals paying separate from an organization is based on each person’s specific needs and determined after an initial 30-minute call.

I’ve been “the leader”.

With over 20 years of organizational leadership experience, I understand what it’s like to be “the leader”. In addition to leading legacy organizations with a director team and a full staff, I’ve also successfully founded a nonprofit, growing it from a volunteer-run organization with 20+ staff and international operations. As a professional Interim Executive, I’ve led mission-based organizations through transformation and rapid change, including mergers.
